Biography:
Perry formed RECAP in October 2008 having previously been Managing Director of the dd2 Group which consistently raised debt in excess of £1.5bn pa. Prior to that Perry was Director of Structured Finance at the Topland Group of Companies involved in some major transactions throughout the UK with major Corporates. Before Topland, Perry was Commercial Director at the UNITE Group the UK's largest provider of Student Housing. Before this he was a senior property lender at Dunbar Bank PLC.
